Our cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we would kindly ask you to give us as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice, or 48 hours at the weekend. We are unable to refund or credit lessons which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
At times, your lesson may be cancelled by your coach due to adverse weather conditions. These lessons will be rescheduled.
If your coach needs to reschedule your lesson within 24 hours of the booking for reasons other than the weather, we will offer you one complimentary lesson to compensate. We will always endeavour to give you as much notice as possible if your lesson does need to be rearranged.
