Antonia Osborne is a High Performance Coach and Registered Sports Nutritionist (RNutr) with a master’s distinction in Clinical Nutrition.

 

A former dancer who understands the frustration of one-size-fits-all advice, Antonia combines evidence-based science, habit change, and a holistic approach to help clients achieve lasting results.
